Product Overview

The S&P EBB-100NT is a two-speed centrifugal extract fan designed for bathrooms, toilets, utility rooms and other domestic or light-commercial spaces where longer or more restrictive duct runs create higher system resistance.

Its forward-curved centrifugal impeller provides effective airflow against higher static pressure, making it more suitable for demanding ducted installations than a standard axial bathroom fan. The unit can be surface mounted or recessed to suit the available installation space.

The fan delivers up to 110m³/h at high speed and 70m³/h at low speed. An integrated timer allows the fan to continue running at low speed after the connected switch has been turned off, helping clear remaining moisture, stale air and odours from the room.

Four timer settings are available: an automatic proportional mode or fixed run-on periods of 2, 15 or 30 minutes. In automatic mode, the run-on period is calculated according to how long the fan was operating, up to a maximum of 30 minutes.

The EBB-100NT includes automatic back-draught shutters for both the 80mm and 100mm outlet options, helping prevent outside air from entering and reducing heat loss while the fan is switched off. Two metal filters help prevent dust and dirt from entering the fan.
