Shipping, Collection and Returns Policy
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, our team will process it as quickly as possible.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection. Dispatch times can vary depending on stock availability, order size, courier collection times and pallet requirements.

Orders can be collected from our Larne premises once you have received an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup.
Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received this confirmation email.
Local Delivery
We do not currently offer our own local delivery service.
UK and Ireland Shipping
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx or a pallet delivery contractor, depending on the size, weight and type of goods ordered.
A flat rate shipping fee of £10 applies to regular package-size orders below £100 shipping to locations within the UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland.
For large or heavy orders over 30kg that require pallet delivery and have an order value below £100, a flat pallet shipping fee of £88 will apply.
Some postcodes may be exempt from the standard flat rate shipping service and may incur additional delivery charges. We will contact you if any additional delivery cost applies to your order.
We do not currently ship outside of the UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, although we may introduce this in the future.
Where applicable, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or VAT once they reach the destination country. BPC Ventilation Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund the order amount minus the original shipping costs incurred by us.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at enquiries@bpcventilation.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition.
Damaged orders are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
