Product Overview

The Vent-Axia Solo Plus HT is a quiet, powerful and intelligent 100mm centrifugal extract fan, designed for domestic bathrooms, toilets and small utility rooms. Incorporating an integral humidity sensor, it automatically responds to rising moisture levels, helping to prevent condensation and mould growth without the need for manual intervention.

Engineered for both through-the-wall and ducted applications, the Solo Plus HT can be wall, ceiling or panel mounted and installed either flush or surface-mounted. The adjustable 100mm circular spigot allows for rear or side discharge, making it particularly suitable for installations with restricted ceiling voids or longer duct runs.

Its high-performance centrifugal impeller delivers strong pressure characteristics, enabling airflow performance of 15 l/s in line with Approved Document F of the current Building Regulations. Boost speeds of 17 l/s (medium) or 22 l/s (high) are selectable at installation, with an optional 9 l/s trickle speed available to provide continuous background ventilation where required.

When installed as continuous running units across wet rooms within a dwelling, the Solo Plus HT can contribute to a whole-house ventilation strategy, operating in accordance with Document F Table 1.1b airflow requirements.

The fan automatically switches from trickle (if selected) to boost when humidity levels rise, and can also be activated via light switch or manual override depending on installation configuration. Manufactured from flame-retardant materials and rated IPX4, the Solo Plus HT is suitable for bathroom zones and refurbishment projects requiring dependable, regulation-compliant extract ventilation. Extremely low sound levels ensure discreet operation in residential environments.
