The Mitsubishi Electric P-09HSD-E Duct Mount Humidity Sensor is an optional accessory for the Vertical Lossnay EG Series ventilation systems (VL-250/350/500 models). It is designed to be installed on the return air duct to continuously monitor relative humidity levels in the ventilation airflow. When humidity rises above a preset threshold, the sensor signals the Lossnay controller to automatically increase fan speed to replace moist indoor air with fresh outdoor air, aiding in condensation control, excess dampness mitigation, and general comfort optimisation.
The P-09HSD-E connects directly to the ventilation unit without needing an external power supply, making installation plug-and-play and reducing installation complexity. Real-time humidity data can be viewed on the Lossnay controller display, allowing homeowners or installers to configure and monitor indoor climate more effectively.
