The Zehnder Caladair Neotime 900 First Eco is a high-efficiency Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit designed for commercial use. The unit provides advanced zoning control, customizable heating & cooling accessories, and intelligent controls to optimize energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

Additional Zoning Options

Optional electric duct dampers for controlling zones via:

• PIR Sensor – Detects occupancy and adjusts airflow
• CO₂ Sensor – Detects high CO₂ levels and increases airflow
• Wall Switch – Manually increases airflow
• Light Sensor – Adjusts airflow when lights are switched on
• BMS (Building Management System) – Controls zoned areas and airflow
• Dampers – Adjustable airflow rates when open or closed

• Mounting: Crimped hanging brackets for ceiling mounting

Installation

• Horizontally mounted on the ceiling or floor with adjustable hanging brackets
• Ensure the structure can support the unit’s weight
• Condensate Drain: 15mm BSP metal pipe, connect to a drain via waterless trap

• Recommended: Metal Spiral Ducting and fittings for superior strength
• For airtightness and durability, use self-sealing fittings or Ducting Sealant & Aluminium Duct Sealing Tape
