Here is a brief description of each of the main manufactures

Vent-Axia

Vent-Axia is one of the biggest ventilation system manufactures in the world and is owned by the Volution group of companies. They have been providing a large range of ventilation products for many purposes and surroundings. Vent-Axia was founded 1933 so far providing over 85 years’ experience in producing and selling ventilation equipment.

Vent-Axia is a UK based company that creates and produces Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC) and have shaped the ventilation industry as we know it today.  

Vent Axia manufacture a large range of products including fans, cooker hoods, dMEV systems, MEV systems, PIV systems, single room dMVHR, MVHR for both commercial and residential applications, ductwork, hand dryers, electrical heating and other accessories and controllers. At BPC Ventilation we stock Vent Axia residential heat recovery units, commercial heat recovery units, MEV units, fans, PIV units, cooker hoods we also stock controllers and filters.

Caladair

Caladair has been specialising in the HVAC sector since 1979, starting with commercial refrigeration and climate engineering solutions. Caladair is situated in Macon, France and they distribute to over 30 countries worldwide. BPC Ventilation are proud to have become distributors for Caladair in Spring 2018. In the early 2000’s there was an industrial advance that lead Caladair into the area of ventilation. The company has gained certification ISO9001 and ISO12001 and ISO12001. The company’s philosophy is to control air quality – carrying out research and developments to design and manufacture systems that are technologically advance in the ventilation sector.

Caladair distribute a wide range of High Quality Commercial MVHR systems, BPC Ventilation stock Caladair four different ranges of Caladair commercial heat recovery units. These Econologique® units are built with the company’s main ideas of avoiding waste, recovering energy, reducing energy consumption, better control and optimising indoor air quality. Each range of unit comes in differently sized units which ranging air flow rates that begin from 100m³/h to 5500m³/h across all ranges and sizes.

Airflow

Airflow was founded in 1955 with one man’s ideas and expertise in the field of fan design and measurement of air flows. The company’s main headquarters are in High Wycombe, England, where the company first was founded. Airflow now has offices in the UK, Czech Republic, Germany and Hong Kong, and are supported by a world-wide sale distribution network.

Airflow has earned a great reputation as a world leader in ventilation by having continuous good quality products to the stringent requirements of ISO9001 and ISO14001.

Airflow design and manufacture products such as extraction fans, ducting, accessories, heat recovery units, industrial fans and hand dryers. Here at BPC we stock Airflow heat recovery units, radial ducting, filters and controllers.

Quiet-Vent

Quiet-Vent is a new innovative company that supplies a range of MVHR accessory’s that are both high quality and affordable, we are exclusive distributors for Quiet-Vent and stock Quiet-Vent semi-rigid radial ducting including Radial semi rigid pipe, plenums, distribution boxes and connectors. Quiet-Vent is currently working in research and development and will have more products coming soon to include MVHR units and MVHR cooling systems.

Komfovent
 

We are excited to announce that we are now stockists of the amazing brand Komfovent! We will be stocking a range of their ventilation units including the Domekt range and the RHP range. All Komfovent units are highly efficient, high quality and the perfect solution to provide ventilation and are suitable for a large range of applications.

Komfovent are based in Lithuania with factories also in Latvia and Russia. The company has 8 representative offices and over 80 distributors in more than 30 countries. The company was established in 1997 under the name ‘Amalva’, the Komfovent brand was created in 2005 for the companies first internal trade show. In 2018 the company changed its name from UAB ‘Amalva’ to UAB ‘Komfovent’. The company’s top sellers are their large assortment of highly efficient air handling units, they also manufacturer a range of other products including dampers, smoke ducts and other ventilation accessories.

Komfovent create more than 20,000 ventilation units every year. The company’s unit range consists of four units; Domekt, Verso, RHP and Klasik which makes up more than 60 models in total, in addition to this there is a selection of unique models which can be specifically tailored and constructed to individual needs!

Duco

BPC Ventilation are now stocking the Quietest MVHR system in Europe! The DucoBox Energy is a demand-controlled ventilation unit with heat recovery. Xpelair

Xpelair have been around for over 55 years and have gained a lot of experience in the ventilation industry. Xpelair is a registered trademark of Redring Xpelair group and are based in Peterborough England, United Kingdom and in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. The company takes great time and care in constantly improving indoor air quality. They pride themselves as one of the worldwide lead ventilation companies and understand that ‘the key to a healthy home is effective household ventilation’.

Xpelair distribute over 300 products to over 80 countries worldwide and they are recognised for their easy installation, reliable performance products. Here at BPC we are proud distributors of Xpelair products.

Xpelair have a large range of different products including solutions for air circulation, air conditioning and heating, Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR), Passive House MVHR, Positive Input Ventilation (PIV), air purification units, extractor fans, roof vans, shower fans, box fans, inline commercial fans as well as necessary sensors and controllers.

SachVac

Sachvac are a worldwide leading brand for central vacuum systems, they pride themselves in being a small-scale company and have many years’ experience in the vacuum sector. They see that a costumer has three main needs from their vacuum system – great suction power, excellent reliability and ease of use. Sach is a Spanish based company and is also based in London, and we are very proud to stock and distribute Sach products.

The products that Sachvac manufacture are central vacuum systems, units, hoses, brushes, tools, valves, accessories and installation materials. At BPC we stock a great range of all these products including models such as the Sachvac Digital, the Sachvac Dynamic and the Hide a Hose system.

Nuaire

Nuaire was founded in 1966 and has a long and admired heritage in designing and manufacturing ventilation products that not only save money but also improve indoor air quality. The company designs and manufactures domestic, commercial and industrial construction sectors. Currently based in Caerphilly in Wales Nuaire supplies to over 40 countries worldwide. They pride themselves in being the first fan manufacturer in the world to achieve the ISO9001 quality standard.

Nuaire stock a wide range of ventilation products including fans, ducting supplies, MVHR units, Carbon filters, roof fans, smoke fans, commercial ventilation as well as MEV and PIV units and systems. At BPC we stock Nuaire MRXBOX heat recovery units and filters, we also stock ducting and accessories that will work alongside these units.

Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi Electric specialises in heating, cooling, and ventilation. They are a world-leading supplier of ventilation products and offer an advanced range of products that offer design flexibility to be able to provide the perfect environment for every building type. Mitsubishi Electric was founded in 1921, giving the company almost 100 years’ experience. Mitsubishi Electric is based in Japan, the first UK based office opened in 1969 in London.

BPC stock both residential and domestic Mitsubishi units. We stock the VL-100(E)U5-E which is a single room heat recovery unit that is best suited for small office environments. We also stock the Mitsubishi Lossnay LGH RVX-E commercial heat recovery range; this range comes in 9 different sizes ranging from the LGH15RVX-E to the LGH200RVX-E. We also stock the correlating filters and controls for the units in the Lossnay ranges.

Domus Ventilation

Polypipe Ventilation, Domus and Silavent have merged into the new Domus Ventilation, it is situated in Caerphilly, South Wales. Domus is a manufacturer of ventilation systems that improve indoor air quality while also saving energy. Domus are manufactures of MVHR, MEV, DMEV, extract fans and ducting ranges.
