Parcels below 30kg

BPC Ventilation use DPD to securely deliver all items with a max weight of 30KG to locations in the UK, Ireland and International orders.

All DPD deliveries can be tracked and traced.

UK 

DPD 48hr less than 30kg = £10.00

Extra-long parcel up to 2 meters long less than 30kg = £ 20.00 

Scotland 

DPD 48hr less than 30kg = £10.00

Extra-long parcel up to 2 meters long less than 30kg = £ 20.00 

Northern Ireland 

Parcel - Northern Ireland 24hr less than 30kg = £10.00

ROI 

Parcel - Ireland Express 48hr less than 30kg = £10.00

Islands 

Jersey or Guernsey parcel less than 30kg= £45.00

Isle of Man parcel less than 30kg = £45.00

Highlands and Islands of Scotland parcel less than 30kg = £45.00

International Delivery 

We can deliver to any international destination, please contact us with your details for a quotation

• EC and Export - if you are a VAT Registered company please provide your details, so you will not be charged VAT
• Please note that international orders outside Europe (EC) may be subject to local import tax - contact your local customs office for advice. 

Next Day Delivery 

Next Day delivery is available to some locations to Upgrade 48hr to 24hr = £10.00 on top of standard carriage charge

Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails on more than 2 occasions, the parcel is rerouted back to BPC. An additional carriage charge of £10.00 will need to be paid to resend your parcel.

Extra Surcharges

For orders over 30kg and international orders please contact us for quotation. 

Pallet Delivery 

Pallet delivery is required on all heat recovery kits and larger orders. 

BPC Ventilation use Liam Connolly Ltd for pallet deliveries throughout the UK and ROI.

We also use various other couriers for European and International orders. 

All pallets must be signed for on arrival by an authorised person. 

Due to security, pallet companies cannot provide tracking to the customer and delivery will be between 9am-6pm. 

Please ensure that a 40ft lorry can access your location. If you do have issues with delivery to your property with large vehicles, please inform us before dispatch. 

Any failed delivery due to no one on site or that the vehicle cannot reach your location, will incur a failed delivery charge and pallet will return to local depot to be rearranged by our dispatch team after charge is paid and new delivery date agreed.

Store Collection 

You are welcome to collect your order from our trade counter. Please call us on 02828275150 to confirm that the items are in stock and to agree a collection date/time. We will then aim to have your order ready for you.

Back Orders 

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 

Returning Products 

It is possible for you to return any stock items to us (excluding specially ordered items).

Please contact us to organise your return, collection charges and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure the goods are packed in pristine condition to prevent damages.
