Top-quality UK manufactured ducting supplied in one-meter lengths for ease of transport and installation.
(2-meter lengths are available in pallet deliveries.)
Our range of plastic ducting is UK manufactured with high-grade materials, providing a durable product ideal for both domestic and commercial systems.
Perfectly suited for a wide range of ducting applications, such as:
- Ventilation systems
- Kitchen extractor fans
- Bathroom fans
- In-line extract fans
This ducting can also be used for longer ductwork runs in systems including whole house ventilation, passive stack vent, positive input ventilation, air conditioning, HVAC, and heat recovery systems.

Performance
✅ Solid Rigid Ducting – Superior airflow performance compared to flexible PVC or aluminium ducts.
✅ Compliant with Part F Building Regulations – Ideal for use in ventilation systems that meet regulatory standards.
Installation
For optimal performance and durability, we recommend providing greater mechanical strength to joints using plastic ducting sealant and aluminium duct sealing tape:
- Apply duct sealant to the male fitting.
- Push fittings together.
- Apply aluminium duct sealing tape over the joint.
Alternatively, you can use self-sealing fittings that reduce installation time by up to 70% and are easily dismantled for maintenance.
Insulation of Ductwork
For ducting located in cold areas (e.g., lofts), ensure it is insulated to prevent condensation. The insulation should be:
- 25mm thick
- Have a thermal conductivity of 0.04W/(m.k) or lower
This ensures that condensation doesn’t form due to the temperature difference between the air inside the duct and the surrounding cold environment.
If no loft space is available, insulation is still required on the intake and exhaust legs, which will carry cold air in warm spaces.
Achieve insulation by wrapping PVC ducting with 25mm duct wrap that has a silver foil face and 25mm rockwool.
Note: Bubble wrap (foil wrap with air bubbles) is no longer compliant with building control regulations.
Available Sizes
✅ 100mm
✅ 125mm
✅ 150mm
For larger ductwork, we recommend using metal spiral ducting and fittings due to their superior strength.
